We can now advise and assist on all aspects of Immigration and Asylum Law from intial enquiries to representation at the Immigration Appeal Tribunal.

Case Study:

Mr A claimed asylum in the UK after fleeing his home country of Togo where he had been imprisoned and tortured for political reasons.

After taking a very detailed account of what happened to him, we were able to draft a statement that served as evidence in his case. We were then able to obtain furthur documentation to corroborate his story. This evidence, along with furthur representations, were put to the Home Office. As a result he was subsequently granted asylum in the UK.

We then assisted his wife and children with their application at the British High Commission abroad, to be reunited with him in the UK. They have just been granted visas to enter the UK, and we are anticipatiing that they will shortly enter this country to be with him after more than six years apart.
