The telephones are now working again. Apologies for the inconvenience

Telephone problems

We have a problem with our telephone lines. After the accident in town with an interruption to the power supply, the telephone system is not working. The interruption destroyed one of the telephone boxes.

We will need a new part and may be out of action for a day or two. Please e-mail

if you need to contact someone urgently. Unfortunately there is no other way presently to contact us. If you need to come in, please avoid 12-1 as we are closed at that time.

Lift update

The lift is now working again

Please note that our lift is out of order and if you cannot manage 3 flights of stairs, please ring the bell outside the front door to arrange for someone to see you on the ground floor

Opening times

Please note that due to staffing cuts, we are not able to open between 12 noon  and 1pm. Please do not call at the offices at that time and it is unlikely that anyone is available to answer the telephone

New Trustees

We are still looking for new Trustees.

We usually meet every 2 months at 5.15 for between one and two hours. If you feel that you might be interested, please call 01452 423492 and press the Admin line and we can give you further details

New opening hours

Due to staffing cuts, our main telephone line is now open from 9.00am – 4.30pm but you can contact your caseworker on their direct line, outside those times.

We are also closing fromn 12 noon -1pm every day.
