Our drop-in reception service is closed with immediate effect. Correspondence and service of proceedings: Our offices will not be staffed until further notice. This is in line with Government guidance to encourage all employees to work from home wherever possible and to protect our clients and staff.
Post sent to the office may not be seen or dealt with immediately during this emergency phase.
Please ensure that all correspondence is sent to us by email either to the caseworker dealing with the matter or to contact@gloucesterlawcentre.co.uk.

If you have an ongoing matter with us and you know the contact details of your caseworker, you can call or email them as we are all currently working at home and can pick up calls and emails.

Family Law- update 2019
Due to recruitment difficulties, we do aplogise but we are currently unable to take new enquires for help with family law matters.
As soon as we can, we will change this notice.

Immigration and Asylum update- 2019
At present we are unable to take on any new Immigration or Asylum matters, and we will shortly be advertising for a new post.

Welfare Benefits Update- 2018
Due to cuts in our funding we are only able to advise Gloucester City Homes Tenants in Welfare benefit matters.
Gloucester City Homes are the only organisation that funds our work.

Telephone problems
We have a problem with our telephone lines. After the accident in town with an interruption to the power supply, the telephone system is not working. The interruption destroyed one of the telephone boxes.
We will need a new part and may be out of action for a day or two. Please e-mail admin@gloucesterlawcentre.co.uk
if you need to contact someone urgently. Unfortunately there is no other way presently to contact us. If you need to come in, please avoid 12-1 as we are closed at that time.
