Opening Hours

Please note at present we are not offering any drop in services this is due to the current pandemic.

Our opening hours for enquiries are 9:00am to 12:00 and 1-4:30pm Monday to Friday (may not always be staffed this is due to staff shortage). Advice is offered by appointment.

Welfare Benefits

We offer a limited service to advise on benefit challenges, appeals and tribunals for Gloucester City residents only.

Housing

Housing is by appointment only. If you think you have a housing issue which falls within our covered area please contact us via our email contact@gloucesterlawcentre.co.uk or call on 01452 423 492.
When possible Please provide proof of your income for the previous three month as well as any relevant paperwork. Not every case is covered by legal aid, so if you do not live in Gloucestershire, please call for details.

Accessibility

The Law Centre is accessible for disabled people, and those with pushchairs, as we have a lift. There is a wheelchair accessible toilet on the ground floor, and disabled parking spaces nearby. There are several car parks in close proximity to the Law Centre, as well as bus and train connections. We do not have car parking available on-site, although there is car parking available on surrounding streets.
